1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Howard Gardner Language Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Center") and the users of its services (hereinafter referred to as "Clients" or "Students").
1.2. The Center provides English language training for children and adults, conducted both in-person and online.
1.3. By signing an individual training contract or enrolling in a course, the Client accepts and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT 2.1. Enrollment in courses is done by completing a registration form and paying the course fee.
2.2. Course fees can be paid via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or in cash at the Center's office.
2.3. A 15% discount is provided when paying for the full term of study.
2.4. A 10% discount is provided for enrolling a second child from the same family. 2.5. Only one type of discount may be applied per student.

3. TUITION FEES 3.1. Group lessons:

• 4 sessions per month – 100 BGN

• 8 sessions per month – 200 BGN 3.2. Individual training:

• Price per lesson – 30 BGN/hour

4. REFUND POLICY 4.1. Clients have the right to cancel their enrollment within 14 days of registration. In such cases, an administrative processing fee is deducted.
4.2. If textbooks are purchased through the Center, their cost is non-refundable.
4.3. Course fees for the first two weeks of scheduled lessons are non-refundable upon withdrawal.

5. MISSED CLASSES 5.1. Missed group lessons are not subject to compensation or refund.
5.2. Missed individual lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5.3. If a student experiences a lack of progress for three consecutive school days, they are entitled to one free individual lesson.

6. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENTS 6.1. Clients must adhere to the class schedule and the Center’s internal rules.
6.2. The Center ensures a safe learning environment and high-quality teaching.
6.3. Clients must maintain discipline and not disrupt the learning process.

7. LIABILITY OF THE CENTER 7.1. The Center is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure events that may temporarily halt training.
7.2. If in-person lessons cannot take place, the Center may organize online training.

8. REASONS FOR STUDENT EXPULSION 8.1. The Center reserves the right to terminate a student’s training under the following conditions:

• Disruptive behavior affecting the normal learning process.

• Disrespect towards teachers or fellow students.

• Violation of the Center’s internal rules.

• Failure to fulfill financial obligations within the required deadlines.

9. CONTRACTS AND AGE REQUIREMENTS 9.1. Training contracts for individuals under 18 must be signed by a parent/guardian.
9.2. Students over 18 may sign contracts independently.

10. ALIGNMENT WITH SCHOOL PROGRAMS 10.1. Class schedules for schoolchildren are coordinated with their school shifts.
10.2. Parents must inform the Center of their child’s school schedule no later than two weeks before the course start date.

11. PRIVACY POLICY 11.1. The Center processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian legislation.
11.2. Clients’ personal data is used solely for educational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
11.3. Complaints and inquiries regarding personal data can be sent to hgenglish.burgas@gmail.com.

12. AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL TERMS 12.1. The Center reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions, and all Clients will be notified in a timely manner.
12.2. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the Center’s website www.hgenglish.com.
